Thursday July 24 a.m.: Pre-reunion CAP activities

• Optional pre-reunion community action project (CAP) activities on Wednesday a.m. and Thursday a.m.
  

Thursday July 24: Official Reunion 2008 activities begin!

• Free roundtrip airport shuttle provided for registered reunion attendee arrivals between 12noon and 8 pm.
• Era Receptions: Reconnect with your castmates while enjoying complimentary margaritas and appetizers.
• Welcome to Arizona! And to Reunion 2008 with a delicious buffet and high-energy dance party, and a multi-image show featuring highlights from the casts of '73, 78, 83, 88, 93, 98' and more! 
• Cast K for Kids and Cast T for Teens: Fun, exciting music and movement for kids and teens! Children age 6 and over and teenagers who are registered for reunion are welcome to join the fun!

Friday July 25

• Opening Session: Join the Board of Governors of the UWPIAA, founder/chairman emeritus Blanton Belk, UWP president and CEO Tommy Spaulding, Astronaut Eugene Cernan, and other special guests and alumni from over 20 countries in a lively celebration to kick off Reunion 2008. 
  
• Alumni Marketplace 2008: Share your business, products or services with over 1,000 attendees. Network and connect! Display areas provided for two-day showcase. (Additional fee of $100 for vendors - alumni/families only please.) Advertising space available in UpBeat and on our website. Take advantage of this great business opportunity!
• Free time by the pool! Swim-up bar, giant waterslide, golf, tennis, great food - the award-winning Westin La Paloma is the perfect place to reconnect with your castmates and friends while enjoying the Arizona sunshine!
• Buffet dinner and special alumni recognition awards will be presented.

Saturday July 26

• Era rehearsals, cast meetings & photos, free time. 5,6,7,8... time to have a ball practicing your show dances, songs and vamps for the Era Show this evening. Live bands encouraged to play, but backing tracks also available for selected songs from your era. Check with your cast reps and era reps for suggestions on your show rundown!
• Alumni Marketplace 2008 continues
• Special guest speaker to be announced!
  
• ERA SHOW 2008! Relive moments from your era's show - each era gets 15 minutes to strut their stuff. Fantastic multi-media highlights from past UWP shows punctuate each segement of this traditional finale of reunions! Bring your old show costume & have a blast.

Sunday July 27

• Travel day. Free airport shuttles offered from 5am - 2pm to registered reunion attendees. Or stay a few extra days at the low UWPIAA rates. See you next reunion!
