Registration Fees

Full Adult Registration Fee: $395

  • Spring Special Rate - $345  (April 1 - May 30, 2018)
  • Summer Rate - $375  June 1 - July 22, 2018)
  • Day-of Reunion Rate - $395  (July 25 - 30, 2018)

Teen (ages 12-17): $245 - Includes optional Cast T enrollment

Kids (ages 7-11): $195 - Includes optional Cast K enrollment

Children (ages 0-6): Free

Registration Fees Include the Following:

Adult Registration includes all scheduled activities during the Reunion dates (July 26 - 29, 2018) except the Founders Luncheon which is available as an additional purchase. Cast K & Cast T are also included the same activities as the Adult Registration.

Pack your sunglasses and sunscreen because we're heading back to the desert! 

The Up with People International Alumni Association will be hosting Reunion 2018 in sunny Tucson, Arizona at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa from July 25 - 29.  We are celebrating those alumni who traveled in a year ending in a 3 or an 8, but all alumni are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The room rate at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa is $125 per room per night for single or double occupancy,  $139 per room per night for triple or quad occupancy.  (Does not include applicable state and local taxes.)

Many people arrive early to the reunion to extend the celebration and spend additional time with their cast(s). The hotel has extended our discounted reunion rate to cover three days before and three days after Reunion 2018 (based on availability). 

Special meeting rooms can be arranged for cast activities before, during, and after scheduled Reunion 2018 activities. (Please note that available meeting space varies from day to day and is not guaranteed.)  Contact for additional information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before Sunday, June 24th, 2018 will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee for each adult registration. After June 24th, 2018, no refunds will be issued. However, it is possible to transfer your registration to another person. Contact for all cancellation questions.
