• The information you need to reserve your room at Annual Alumni Week (AAW) rates is in your registration confirmation email.
• You will need your AAW confirmation number to make a reservation.
• There are three options we suggest for your stay. All three include breakfast each day.

University of Limerick On-Campus Apartments

Each on-campus apartment has a central living and kitchen area plus either four or six bedrooms. Each bedroom includes an en suite toilet/shower. This option will require advance planning with your group in order to fill and reserve all of the rooms in an apartment.

Castletroy Park Hotel

The Castletroy Park is located across the main road from the university and is about a 15-minute walk to the main events on campus.

Strand Hotel

The Strand is located on the River Shannon in Limerick city centre. You will need to take a city bus or taxi for AAW events on campus, but it’s a short walk to many pubs, restaurants, and King John’s Castle.
