Golfing Opportunities While in Limerick

Ireland boasts over 300 courses on this little island with some of the most incredible views, and gives a new meaning to 40 shades of green(s)! We are delighted to offer the opportunity for you to experience the amazing views at Ballyneety Golf Club. Local alumnus and avid golfer Brendan Fogarty will be your host for the day and will assist with hiring everything you need for a fantastic fun day.

Ballyneety, co-designed by 2014 Ryder Cup Vice-Captain Des Smyth, is set on 183 acres of rolling Irish countryside, and the exceptional parkland layout offers breathtaking views over Limerick County. Ballyneety Golf Club will be a magnificent host for the Junior Ryder Cup in 2027.

• We will offer a scramble format that should be fun for all abilities.
• We need a minimum number of golfers for this to proceed, so please encourage your castmates and family members to join.
• Prizes will be awarded for the closest to the pins and top team per day. (You won’t get rich, but you’ll have bragging rights!)
• Cost includes a light brunch and an Alumni Week official golf shirt.
• If you don’t have a team, sign up anyway. We’ll pair you with others and you’ll have the ‘craic’ (=a blast)!
