Registration Cost & Information

Get ready for registration to open on November 12!

Important Notes 

  • NO tickets or passes will be available on site — not for registration, day trips, or era shows. You must buy your tickets ahead of time.
  • You must pick up your own registration materials at the check-in desk. No one else may pick up your badge for you.
  • When booking your travel to Limerick, be aware of the schedule for the AAW Check-in Desk! You will not be able to attend any alumni week events until you receive your badge and other registration materials.

Attendees Ages 0-20 

  • For ages 0 – 2, there is no fee but they still need to be registered. Email registration@uwpiaa.org if this applies to you.
  • For ages 3 – 6, choose child registration.
  • For ages 7 – 12, choose either child registration OR Legacy Xperience programme registration.
  • For ages 13 – 17, choose either non-alum adult OR Legacy Xperience programme registration.
  • For ages 18 – 20, choose either non-alum adult OR Legacy in Action programme registration.

Full-week adult or child registration includes:

  • King John’s Castle experience (ticket for all registrants, use on your own schedule)
  • Irish Welcome Evening (includes supper)
  • Workshops and Sessions: for example — UWPIAA General Meeting and Information Session, yoga, special guest speakers, etc.
  • Era Dinners and Disco Dance Party
  • Celebration of Life – remembering our alumni friends no longer with us
  • Community Service (for 18 participants)
  • Cast Photo and Era Show Rehearsal
  • Awards and Performances
  • Post-performance Reception and Sing-along!
  • Medieval Day with Bunratty Castle and Folk Park visit
  • Supper and Dance party with the amazing UWP Survival Band!
  • When bus transportation is needed for these events, it is included. **This is why we ask for your travel dates and accommodation information. It helps us sort out the event logistics!

Full Week Flash Sale: Available November 12 – November 22

  • €470 Adult
  • €300 Child (2 – 12 yrs)

Full Week Early Bird: Available November 23 – January 17

  • €495 Adult
  • €335 Child (2 – 12 yrs)

Full Week Full Price: Available January 18 – June 13
No tickets will be available after June 13. There are NO ticket sales on-site.

  • €450 Child (2 – 12 yrs)

Thursday through Saturday Only: Available November 12 – June 13

Be sure this option works for you. Check-in for Thursday-Saturday registrants will begin on Thursday morning at 9:30 (arrangements will be made if you choose a Thursday tour). You will NOT receive credentials before that time, and you cannot participate in any AAW events or activities until Thursday morning.

  • €470 Adult

  • Legacy Programme is not offered for only Thursday to Saturday
  • This ticket includes everything offered Thursday through Saturday, as listed below. It does NOT include a King John’s Castle ticket.

Legacy Programme (pricing is the same throughout the registration period, November 12 – June 13)

  • Legacy Xperience (7-12 years old): €795
  • Legacy Xperience (13-17 years old): €840
  • Legacy in Action (18-20 years old): €840

Legacy Monday Orientation Day

One parent or guardian guest at the Monday Orientation is included in Legacy registration cost.

Prices below are to ADD another family member to participate in the Monday Orientation Day.

  • Additional parent/guardian guest: €45
  • Additional child/sibling guest: €30
