The Annual Alumni Week (AAW) team is a powerhouse of dedicated alumni volunteers, bringing their time, skills, and passion to create a memorable, happy, and safe experience for every attendee.

Thank you for considering joining us! Delivering AAW takes a wide range of talents, months of preparation, and on-site dedication from a motivated, all-volunteer team. It takes a committed team of about 60 people to deliver AAW. Our shared goal is to make each event run as smoothly and effectively as possible, and to have a diverse team with all eras, and with a diverse range of nationalities represented.

It’s important to note that AAW and all UWPIAA activities are 100% volunteer-run, and we strive to make events as accessible as possible. Budget considerations, along with the high level of interest in volunteering and the need for specific roles and skills, mean that we are unable to accept every applicant. Please know that we deeply value every offer of support, and we hope there will be opportunities for you to get involved with the UWPIAA in other ways or to join an Alumni Week team in the future.
