A Growing Tribute Gallery
Staggering to comprehend, UWPIAA has lost more than 1,000 Alums over the decades. We are missing photos and dates of death for approximately 450 of these alumni who we know are no longer with us. We are putting the call-out in advance of AAW this summer for castmates and cast reps to submit a photo of any alumnus or alumna who is listed by name and cast year in this video below, so their faces can be forever remembered in UWPIAA’s “In Memoriam” tribute video.

For nearly four decades, Jeff Peterson (’69-’70B, ‘70A) has diligently compiled and maintained this database of the alumni we have lost over the many years. Since 2015, Michael Scott Curnes (’80B) has translated this database of lost cast members into a dynamic and moving tribute video which gets updated each time we are notified of another passing.
