David produced 12 UwP Albums, including 2 Super Bowls.
These were some of the most popular:
“The Further We Reach Out / Up With People in Concert” – released around 1972.
“Livin’ On” – 1974 studio album produced by David Mackay.
“Beat of the Future” – 1985 album (credits list him as producer).
“Time for the Music” – 1987 album associated with the touring show of that era.
His connection with Up With People spanned many years, contributing to their studio recordings and live show albums during the organization’s peak touring decades.
Because Mackay produced several albums, he also oversaw the arrangements and recording of many songs on those releases (for example the Beat of the Future and Time for the Music era). These include songs such as:
