Staying on campus allows you to be close to the event spaces, restaurants, bars, and public transportation.
You will have kitchen and lounge areas in your apartment.

Each bedroom is ensuite (has a private bathroom).
Payment in full is made by the person booking.
The prevailing exchange rate will be charged.
IMPORTANT
Before you book, please plan with your group to ensure no double-booking for any individual.
If you are not with a group, choose the option where the university will allocate you to an apartment and will endeavour to assign apartment-mates from a similar year/era.
Make sure you decide who is making the booking for your group.

UNIVERSITY ACCOMMODATION OPTION 1
Private 4-Bedroom Ensuite Apartment
4 person price:
€300 per apartment, per night
Continental breakfast is included
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons
Each bedroom has:
European-sized double bed/full-size U.S. (suitable for couples)
A private ensuite bathroom
No twin bedrooms are available.
Each additional person (up to 2 more) will be €40/night. Continental breakfast is included.

Private 6-Bedroom Ensuite Apartment
6 person price:
€450 per apartment, per night
Continental breakfast is included
Maximum occupancy is 8 persons
Each bedroom has:

A private ensuite bathroom

Single Booking for Yourself
One person price:
€75 for a private room in a 4- or 6-bedroom apartment, per night
Continental breakfast is included
University accommodation staff will allocate you and will endeavour to put you with a similar year/era based on the details you provide.
If you wish to ensure you are with a specific group, please source your own apartment-mates and then book using Option 1 or 2.
UNIVERSITY ACCOMMODATION ADDITIONAL NOTES
University accommodation is being offered between the 4th and 12th of August. It may be possible to stay outside of those dates. Book first; inquire after.
The university accommodation booking deadline is 14th February, 2024.
Payment IN FULL is collected at time of booking via Visa or Mastercard.
The person holding the booking is responsible for entering the names of their apartment-mates.
Transferring your booking to another name will be possible.
Children (all those under 18 years old) must share apartments with their parent or guardian who must be fully responsible for the protection and safeguarding of the minor.
Please note that the cancellation date is two months prior to your arrival date.
Once you register for Annual Alumni Week, you will be presented with accomodation options. Please have your plan in place.
Apartments are reserved for one length of stay. Occupants are all presumed to be staying for the same number of nights.
Food may be brought in to prepare and cook in the apartment.
Kitchens have crockery, utensils and cutlery, and are fully equipped with hob, oven & grill, refrigerator & freezer.
There is a multi-channel TV in the living area with comfortable seating.
Linens and towels are provided.
UNIVERSITY ACCOMMODATION EXAMPLE BOOKING SCENARIO
A cast or crew has 6 individuals and 4 couples attending, 14 people total.
They will book a 4-bedroom and a 6-bedroom apartment.
2 individuals and 2 couples will be staying in the 4-bedroom.
4 individuals and 2 couples will stay in the 6-bedroom.
Names will be listed in the system by the person creating the booking and paying up-front for each apartment.
The group will sort out how and when they will reimburse the person making the booking.
SAMPLE UNIVERSITY ACCOMMODATION EXAMPLE BOOKING SCENARIO
A family of four wants to attend and have an apartment to themselves.
They should book a 4-bedroom apartment.
It does not matter to the university whether all of the bedrooms are used; it’s the total number in the space.
This would allow the family private time, but they can request to be near others from the cast/crew, and the best efforts will be made to accommodate requests.
