Registration for Annual Alumni Week (AAW) 2025, July 21st – 27th in Limerick, Ireland is now open! There are exciting pre- & post- event activities as well as a whole host of things to do during the event!

Adult / Child Registration Includes:
- Celebration of Life – remembering our alumni friends no longer with us (details/day to follow)
- King John’s Castle experience (ticket for all registrants, use on your own schedule)
- Irish Welcome Evening (includes supper)
- Workshops and Sessions
- Era Dinners and ’60s Disco
- Eric Lentz pub gig
- Rehearsal and Photos for those performing
- Community Service for two groups of 15 participants
- Band Jam and Open Mic
- Awards and Performances
- Post-performance Reception and Sing-along!
- Medieval Day with Bunratty Castle and Folk Park visit
- Supper and Dance party with the amazing UWP Survival Band!
- When bus transportation is needed for these events, it is included.
And, AAW 2026 will be the week of July 20th, also in Limerick
AAW 2027, 2028 and 2029 will be in Ensenada, Mexico
