Spending time together to share memories is one of the best things about any reunion. It seems like there is always something new to learn about things that happened during your cast/crew’s travels!
Would your cast/crew like a private room where you may gather and share memories? Perhaps present a slideshow of your travels or show a video of a performance? Well, you are in luck!
Rooms on campus may be reserved for up to two hours for your cast/crew to gather.
Rooms are available between 9 am and 4 pm from Monday, 5 August through Friday, 9 August.
Do you have media (pictures/videos) to share? Just bring your laptop and connect to the in-room A/V.
NO FOOD or drinks (other than water bottles) may be taken into or consumed in these meeting rooms.
Groups are expected to return the room in thesame condition as you found it (or better!). You can rearrange for your meeting, but you'll have to put it back before you are done with the room.
No special set-up of the room can be provided. You may be assigned to a classroom with desks or to a theater style room.
Keep your rehearsal and cast photo day in mind when selecting your meeting day preferences! '60s, '70s, '80s: Thursday '90s, '00s: Friday
