This award recognizes those, who in their everyday lives, have served others steadily with countless small, yet effective, acts of kindness and time commitment; founded, been involved in, or led community service projects, and/or responded to domestic and foreign emergencies.
In 2014, Penny volunteered as a court advocate for children. Her efforts evolved into her creation of a Montana-wide task force protecting children from sexual abuse and human trafficking. She continues tirelessly working with the FBI and Dept of Justice, achieving state and federal convictions.
Jill is the first to help those in need by organizing food drives, clothing collections, or fundraising. Since 2015, she has raised $150,000. to help young girls in Tanzania continue their secondary education despite costs and distances that have held them back.
